We do not guarantee that any Partner will contact you, that a Partner's services will meet your needs, or any particular price, outcome, or timeline.

By submitting your information, you expressly consent to be contacted by ElevatioCC and by the Partner(s) you are matched with, by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including through the use of automated dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, or automated text messages, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent to be contacted is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages from a specific sender, or follow the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our quiz. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your request not being matched with a Partner.
Our site must not be accessed as a result of, or in exchange for, any incentive, reward, payment, or promise of payment offered to you by a third party for clicking, submitting, or completing our quiz.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by ElevatioCC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
This site and the matching service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any Partner will be licensed, insured, or qualified to perform any specific work — you are responsible for independently verifying a Partner's credentials before engaging their services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevatioCC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your interactions with any Partner.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
